Customer Support Associate

We're looking for a talented and empathetic Customer Support Associate who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide our customers with general product support. The right candidate for this role is always looking for unique and creative ways to solve problems, ensuring that those problems are resolved promptly and in a way that builds trust within our community. We're looking for team members who can do more than just follow instructions: in this role, you will have a key role in defining and refining the operations processes that will shape the company going forward. When you help a customer with an issue, you will also be thinking strategically about how we can improve the product and prevent the problem from arising in the first place.

  • Solve problems for customers quickly and effectively using various support platforms (email, chat, phone)
  • Be a subject matter expert on customer issues and Halo operations processes. Ensure customers successfully receive their product and have success using it
  • Be able to quickly and accurately field questions on Halo Sport device usage and the neuroscience behind the technology
  • Create customer resources including digital content and how-to videos
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business team members to improve Halo's product and communications
  • Communicate quickly and effectively to the Halo team and externally to customers as needed


  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year university
  • 1-3 years customer support or related work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM software a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail — able to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to hear what users are saying and quickly understand the root problem. You read quickly, process information quickly, and are able to respond in a professional and friendly fashion
  • Excellent verbal communication skills — must be able to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively both internally and when dealing with customers

Customer Acquisition Manager

Halo Neuroscience is looking for a passionate and growth-minded Customer Acquisition Manager. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across existing paid channels, and identifying and growing new levers of acquisition for the company. You will also be responsible for developing new website content, and running tests to optimize messaging to new customers.

  • Lead acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels, including Paid Social, Search, Display, and Podcasts
  • Build the strategic roadmap for new growth marketing tactics that can diversify and expand Halo's customer acquisition
  • Own execution of executive-level sponsored tests to optimize for conversion and drive scale
  • Own reporting and analytics to identify areas of opportunity, as well as assess holistic campaign success
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison with Design team to provide input on the development of world-class messaging and video
  • Run point on website optimization, including developing new pages, writing copy, advising on video content, and running all site optimization tests
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to amplify new product and content launches


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferably psychology or neuroscience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of two or more of the following platforms: paid social media (primary: Facebook / Instagram, Adwords / YouTube, secondary: Linkedin, Twitter), search engine marketing, display, or podcasts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance (i.e. Excel required)
  • Google Analytics experience a plus

Research Associate

At Halo, data is king. We believe that our products are only as good as the research we have supporting them. Now, we're looking for a Research Associate to join the Halo team in creating a world-class neuromodulation system. You'll work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring the product to life and have real ownership over your work. Our ideal candidate has a degree in the biological sciences or related field, experience with scientific writing, works best in a small dynamic team, and has a desire to help change the world through neuroscience.
