Customer Support Associate
We're looking for a talented and empathetic Customer Support Associate who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide our customers with general product support. The right candidate for this role is always looking for unique and creative ways to solve problems, ensuring that those problems are resolved promptly and in a way that builds trust within our community. We're looking for team members who can do more than just follow instructions: in this role, you will have a key role in defining and refining the operations processes that will shape the company going forward. When you help a customer with an issue, you will also be thinking strategically about how we can improve the product and prevent the problem from arising in the first place.
This is an excellent position for someone who loves people, loves building innovative products, and wants to be a part of a rapidly growing startup.
Customer Acquisition Manager
Halo Neuroscience is looking for a passionate and growth-minded Customer Acquisition Manager. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across existing paid channels, and identifying and growing new levers of acquisition for the company. You are a perfect fit if you are undaunted by big or ambiguous challenges, and relish in the opportunity to solve problems through iterative testing. You are passionate about measuring every relevant success metric you can, and reporting out on insights that you've learned as a result. You love creative problem solving and finding new ways to drive growth in an innovative and exciting new industry: brain stimulation to optimize performance.
